Board meetings are held in a hybrid format. Meetings can be attended in person at the Santa Margarita Community Room at the Scotts Valley Water Department, 2 Civic Center Drive in Scotts Valley.  Meetings can also be attended virtually on Zoom via a link that will be posted on the meeting agenda at least 72 hours before the meeting.
